A travel companionship is possible from 24 hours. That is the shortest form: one day and one night, usually with an afternoon arrival and a departure the following day after breakfast. Beyond that, every further day counts as an additional travel day. Anything shorter is not a trip but an appointment in Munich.

Realistic lead time depends less on the distance than on the lady's calendar. For one or two days within Europe, seven to ten days is a sound guide. For a full week, or for periods with trade fairs, festivals and school holidays, allow three to four weeks. Ask at very short notice and you will get an honest answer rather than a promise: either someone is free, or we tell you straight away.

What usually shortens lead time is flexibility about the person. If you commit to one particular lady, the date follows her availability. If you describe language, travel experience and character and leave the selection to us, we find a solution considerably faster.

Travel documents belong in this phase too. Within the Schengen area an ID card is enough. For anything beyond it we check passport validity and, where needed, visas in advance — that takes time and is the most common reason a date falls through.

Flights and hotel are booked by the guest. That is not a matter of convenience but of reliability: you decide on airline, class, departure time and room category, and the booking is in your own name. We supply the details needed for the reservation, check the spelling of the name and confirm back once everything is in place.

The usual pattern is a shared outbound flight from Munich, or meeting at the destination airport if you are already there. For the hotel, a room with a separately usable bathroom and enough space to unpack is more comfortable than the largest suite with nowhere to withdraw to. If you prefer two rooms, that is equally fine.

Travel costs come on top of the fee: flights, accommodation, transfers and meals. We put this in writing before you confirm, so the total is fixed before anything is booked. There are no additional demands afterwards.

Wardrobe is agreed from your programme. Tell us whether an evening at a restaurant with a dress code is planned, a reception, a day of golf, or simply three quiet days. She packs accordingly — far more precise than a general request for "elegant clothing".

Also settled beforehand: photographs, how to handle running into acquaintances, and how you introduce each other to third parties. Discussed once at the start, none of it has to be improvised during the trip.

Before any longer trip we recommend a short appointment in Munich — two or three hours, dinner is enough. A multi-day trip is the most intensive form of companionship: shared meals, shared journeys, many hours at a stretch. Whether that will be pleasant is clear to both sides after twenty minutes, not after landing.

If a preliminary meeting cannot be arranged in time, keep the first day of travel calm. Arrive, unpack, take a walk, book an early table. A tightly scheduled first day is the most reliable way to make a trip exhausting.

On the daily rhythm: most trips settle into two or three shared blocks — morning or afternoon, the evening, the night. In between there is free time. You work, take calls or go to an appointment; she has time to herself. Those breaks are not lost hours, they are the reason the shared ones stay relaxed across several days.

The same principle applies at night. A shared night is part of the booking; staying awake through it is not. Sleep, a quiet morning and breakfast without a deadline are part of a good trip.
