Kira – the woman behind AMIRA ESCORTS
I run this agency, I select the ladies myself, and I read every enquiry personally. Here is how I work — and where I say no.

Why I founded the agency
I worked in Munich's high class segment for years, first as a companion, later in organisation. What eventually bothered me was not the industry but the way bookings are handled in it: profiles built on photographs three years old, offices recommending women nobody there has ever met, guests standing outside a hotel bar realising the person arriving has little in common with the profile they chose.
AMIRA ESCORTS exists as the opposite of that. Small enough that I know every lady personally, large enough that most evenings can be matched well. I deliberately avoided inflating the roster to fifty names — beyond a certain size you are placing photographs, not people. Kira is a pseudonym, which is customary in this field and protects my private life; full legal accountability is documented in the imprint.
How I select the ladies
I have met every lady on this site in person before she joined — usually over coffee, no camera, no contract on the table. Three questions matter more to me than measurements: how does she talk about her work, how does she handle her own boundaries, and would I recommend her to a guest booking for the very first time and feeling nervous about it?
Anyone who avoids those questions is not taken on, however good the photographs would be. I have declined applicants I knew would sell well, because the conversation made it clear she did not actually want this and simply needed money. That ends badly for everyone involved.
Photographs are taken afterwards, current and unretouched beyond basic colour work. When a lady changes — new hair, a different figure — we replace the images rather than leave them standing. The only difference between profile and person should be that she is more alive in reality.
What I decline, and why
I say no regularly. Most often when a request does not suit any of the ladies. It is tempting to suggest someone anyway and hope the evening works out somehow. It usually does not, and afterwards two people are unhappy and I have lost a regular guest. An honest "I do not have anyone for that" costs me a booking and saves you a disappointing evening.
I also decline enquiries with no discernible framework, attempts to negotiate the agreed rates, and anything intended to pressure the ladies. Boundaries are discussed beforehand, not renegotiated during the evening. Anyone who sees that differently is in the wrong place, and I would rather say so upfront.
How I handle an enquiry
Your message reaches me directly, not a call centre, and I usually read it within the hour. It helps most if I know the occasion, the location, the date and the time frame — a business dinner with colleagues at the table calls for a different companion than a private evening for two. From that I suggest two or three ladies and explain why those in particular.
If you already have someone in mind, I check whether she suits the evening and tell you when I have doubts. Then I confirm in writing: lady, time frame, location, fee. No advance payment, no copies of identity documents, no profile screening. The full process is described under how we work.
Discretion is craft, not a slogan
Every agency claims discretion. In practice it means this: your details do not sit in a CRM that gets sold one day. After a booking only what I need for a repeat visit remains — and not even that if you prefer. I never discuss guests with the ladies or ladies with guests. At hotels the arrival happens the way you want it: straight to the room, or a meeting in the lobby.
If you are in public life, simply tell me. We then choose a lady and a setting where nobody looks twice. That is routine here, not a special case.
You can reach me directly.
Send me the occasion, date and location — the rest takes only a few messages.
What guests say about the organisation
“I felt completely at ease with the two of them. Interesting conversations, a wonderful time in the spa – the date for three will stay with me forever. The smiles, the warmth, the conversations. Sadly far too short. My heart is calling for a repeat. And the organisation was excellent as always.”
“As always, a very lovely meeting. Great hotel with a great spa, interesting conversations. Thank you also for the smooth and uncomplicated organisation. Happy to repeat it.”
