An international travel companion booking needs a little more lead time than a dinner date in Munich. Here is how planning works with AMIRA ESCORTS: 1. Initial conversation: you contact us with your travel wishes – destination, duration, occasion, desired budget, and preferences for the type of trip. 2. Model suggestion: based on your wishes, we suggest 2–3 models who are especially well suited to the trip. We take into account language skills, travel experience in the destination, the model's personal preferences and, of course, availability. 3. Preparatory meeting: for trips of three days or more, we recommend a prior dinner date in Munich to get to know each other and make sure the chemistry is right. 4. Trip planning: on request, we handle the entire travel logistics – flights, hotels, restaurants, transfers, any events on location. You have a single point of contact for everything. 5. Travel documents: for international trips, we clarify all documentation requirements in advance – visas, passports, any vaccination requirements. 6. The trip itself: relaxed and perfectly prepared. 7. Follow-up: after the trip, we welcome your feedback and remain available for future bookings.

International trips often raise practical questions, which we are happy to address: Flights: our models travel in the same cabin class as you – if you fly business class, your companion flies business class too. Flight costs are borne by the client. On request, we book the flights and invoice them transparently. Visas: many destinations require a visa for our models. We take care of timely applications – processing times of 2–4 weeks should be expected, longer for certain countries. Visa fees are borne by the client. Passports: all our models hold valid passports with sufficient remaining validity. Trips to certain countries may require additional stamps or visas. Insurance: we recommend travel insurance for every trip. For our models, cover is provided through our business insurance. Health: trips to tropical destinations may require vaccinations (hepatitis, yellow fever, etc.). These are arranged well in advance. Time zones: for trips across time zones, we recommend building in a buffer day to adjust, especially for Dubai, Asia or the Americas. We take care of all these details, so you can simply relax and enjoy the trip.

Travel companionship is billed differently from dinner dates. Here are the key points: Fee structure: the basis is the standard 24-hour rate from our rate card (Classic €3,800, Signature/Exclusive €5,500). Each additional day costs a further €2,200 (Classic) or €2,900 (Signature/Exclusive) – the longer the trip, the lower the average daily rate. Travel costs: flights, hotels, visas and other travel expenses are borne by the client. On request, we book everything through our concierge system with transparent invoicing – no mark-up, at the actual price. Meals: during the trip, the client covers the companion's meals. As you will be dining together anyway, this involves no additional effort. Free time: on longer trips (five days or more), we allow the companion around 2–3 hours of free time per day – for exercise, spa treatments or phone calls. These times are agreed together in advance. Concrete examples: a weekend in Paris (3 days, 2 nights): fee from €8,200 plus flights and hotel. A week in Dubai (7 days): fee from €17,000 plus flights and hotel. A two-week Mediterranean yacht tour: fee from €32,000 plus travel expenses. For regular clients, we offer attractive packages and longer-term arrangements.
