After that, 50 % of the fee applies. If the lady has already set off or arrived at the meeting point, the full fee is due; the same applies if a guest does not appear without cancelling. Travel costs already incurred are borne by the guest regardless of when the cancellation is made, because flights, rail and hotels are booked at the lowest available fares and are non-refundable.
